Take Down for Cancer gives back

Take Down for Cancer raises money for those in need.

On January 3, Clearfield and Philipsburg-Osceola high schools had their annual Take Down for Cancer wrestling match. This event was hosted at Philipsburg-Osceola’s school this year. Unfortunately, the Bison did not take a win at this event, but all together they raised around $10,000. The money went to the Emily Whitehead Foundation and then was given to a family who has been effected by cancer. The Bison may have lost but at the end of the day they helped someone in need.
