Each year, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes Chapter, advised by Mrs. Bookhamer, holds a Baccalaureate Ceremony for any graduating senior who wishes to attend. The Baccalaureate Ceremony, according to Mrs. Bookhamer, is: “A religious celebration of your graduation. It is filled with special music, reading of scripture, prayers, and special speakers.”

This year, the ceremony is going to be held on May 26, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Clearfield Area Junior- Senior High School auditorium. Guest speaker will be Mr. Michael Knepp. In the past, most ceremonies have had on average eight- ten participants. The ceremony tends to last less than an hour, and all seniors and their families are invited to attend.

Mrs. Bookhamer wants the students to know that: “Any and all seniors are welcome, and we would be more than happy to have you there.” Students who would like to sing, speak, pray, or participate in any way should contact Mrs. Bookhamer.
