Clearfield Ski Trips: January 13 & 20
To start the 2023-2024 ski/board season off, the first official ski trip of the year will be Saturday the 13th.
I am excited to start off the year of skiing and snowboarding with a bang. Holliday valley is making some big advancements for this upcoming season. Holliday Valley prepared upgrades, such as the installation of a new, state of the art High Speed 6 Pack Chairlift that will replace the Mardi Gras High Speed Quad, thus allowing two extra people to load each chair during peak operating times.
Ski trips begin with loading up the bus with students and chaperones, then we’re on our way to Holliday Valley. Once we arrive, we make our way to the lodge where we get our ski/snowboard forms and lift tickets. After we receive all the important papers, we take a photo. Then everyone goes their own way, skiing, snowboarding, and hanging out in the lodge. Once it’s around 8:45 or so we load up the bus again and depart at 9:00 PM.
