Dig for a Cure raises nearly $1,000

On October 22, Dig for a Cure was held at Clearfield High. The volleyball match was our Lady Bison against Curwensville’s Lady Tide. JV won with a score of 15-11. Varsity started with Rowles (#4), Hale (#29), Miller (#20), Spingola (#6), Domico (#16), and Luzier (#5). The Varsity game lasted over an hour and a half, with the teams scoring neck and neck, and it ending when Lady Tide scored 15-7. The Dig for a Cure event raised about $980.65 in donations to go towards research and finding a cure for cancer.
