The Prom Ticket Design Contest is a contest held for juniors and seniors to get the chance to show their artistic abilities by designing the prom tickets that will be used for the prom. Most years there is anywhere between 6 and 10 ticket designs submitted; after all the tickets are submitted the junior class officers and the prom committee choos the best design that will be used. This year Miss Huff oversees the contest. She stated that the design contest began on March 31 and will run until April 23. The winner will then be announced on April 26.

When submitting a ticket design, said Miss. Huff, it should be: “No larger than a ¼ sheet of paper and include the prom’s information (time, date, theme, and location).” This year the prom will be held from 7 p.m.-10 p.m. in the Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School Weiss Gymnasium on June 5, 2021 and the theme is “Enchanted Evening”. Those who choose to enter the contest may email their final designs to Miss. Huff through her email, ahuff@clearfield.org.

The winner will receive two free prom tickets.
