This year’s varsity boys soccer team is nearing the end of the season, and Coach Mr. Walker provided an update about the season so far.

Walker says that this season hasn’t gone as well as hoped, but the team was able to do well at playoffs and will play against Bradford in Districts.

Asked what games he thinks the boys benefited from, Coach Walker said he thinks the Hollidaysburg games helped the boys the most. Walker says: “Hopefully those games showed them they have to put in the work to be successful.”

Coach Walker added that he believes the boys’ efforts in the games were good and he thinks with more practice they can better themselves for next season.

Coach Walker thinks overall the team did well this year and that the team will get much better with time, considering that the team only has one senior and the team is made up mostly of younger players.
