Grubbin’ With Grace: Turkey Soup

Yummy!

Yummy!

The recipe I made this month was my mother’s close friend’s turkey soup recipe. I chose this recipe as it is getting colder outside, and nothing sounded better than a nice warm bowl of soup and some buttered bread. The preparation was fairly easy as most of the ingredients were bought ready to be cooked. I prepared this meal with my mom, and we ended up adding an extra can of beans. I am a bean lover! think the extra can of beans made it 100 times better. As well as the extra beans, we also added more broth just because we like to dip buttered bread in it. The preparation for each individual ingredient was fairly easy as most of the ingredients needed were bought ready to just put into the soup. Cook time was short enough that I didn’t get too bored between steps. The soup was very good. All the flavors mixed perfectly. 10/10 Definitely recommend!
